1.About Mowjaz
- Mowjaz is a digital platform that enables users to create and develop content using AI tools and request quotations for creative services from independent providers.
2.Account Creation and Platform Use
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
- Mowjaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms of use.
3.AI Services
- Mowjaz provides AI-powered tools for creating various types of content.
- AI-generated results may vary in accuracy or quality, and users should review the content before using or publishing it.
- Mowjaz does not guarantee that all AI-generated results will be error-free or suitable for every use case.
- Users are responsible for using generated content in compliance with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
4.Creator and Agency Services
- Mowjaz operates as a platform connecting clients with independent creators and agencies.
- Mowjaz is not considered a direct party to agreements or projects between users and service providers unless otherwise stated.
- Creators and agencies are responsible for the quality of the services provided and for meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
- Users may review available offers and select the service provider that best suits their needs.
5.Orders and Quotations
- Users may submit requests containing project details and specific requirements.
- Requests may be shared with relevant creators or agencies to provide their offers.
- Prices and delivery times vary depending on the nature of the project and the service provider.
- Mowjaz does not guarantee the acceptance of any request or the availability of a specific service provider.
6.Subscriptions and Payments
- Mowjaz may offer paid subscription plans or additional services.
- Fees are charged according to the selected plan and the payment terms presented at the time of subscription.
- All prices may be subject to change, and users will be notified of any changes that affect their subscriptions.
- Subscriptions do not include any additional services or credits purchased separately unless explicitly stated.
- Draft — pending business/legal confirmation: subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated for your plan.
7.Credits and Usage
- Some Mowjaz services may use a credit-based system.
- The value and usage of credits vary depending on the service or tool being used.
- Credits cannot be converted into cash or shared between accounts unless permitted by Mowjaz.
- Mowjaz reserves the right to modify its credit policies or usage limits.
- Draft — pending business/legal confirmation: credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle unless otherwise stated for your plan. If a job fails due to a system error, the credits used for that job are returned to your account.
